Return & Exchange Policy

We always strive to provide you with the best quality products and services. However, please read our policy carefully before placing an order:

  1. No Return Policy:
    All products listed on our website are sold under a No Return Policy. We recommend that customers check all product details — including size, color, fabric, and description — carefully before placing the order.

  2. Parcel Opening Video Required:
    For any concern regarding a wrong, damaged, or missing product, a parcel opening video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the unopened parcel, the opening process, and the product inside.

    • Claims without a proper parcel opening video will not be accepted.

    • Screenshots or partial clips are not valid proof.

  3. Return Shipping Charges:
    In cases where a return or exchange is approved (for example, due to a wrong or damaged product), the return shipping cost must be paid by the customer. Once the product is received and verified, any eligible replacement or compensation will be processed. Rs. 300 will be deducted for every item returned as a pickup and processing fee.

  4. Refund & Compensation Policy:

    After we receive your returned order, our team will inspect the product.
    Once the product passes the quality check, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

    The refund will be sent via UPI or Bank Transfer to the details provided by you. 💳✅

    Please make sure to share correct UPI ID or bank account details to avoid any delay.

  5. Partial Payment Terms:₹200 advance is non-refundable.                                                                                                                                                                                                                    If the customer cancels the order or refuses to accept the parcel at delivery, the ₹200 advance will not be refunded.                                                                                                                                                                                                          This amount is also non-refundable even if the order is cancelled after confirmation or by request to customer support.
  6. Order Verification:
    Before dispatch, every product goes through a thorough quality check to ensure accuracy and good condition. Please note that minor color variations due to lighting or screen display are not considered defects.

  7. Customer Responsibility:

    • Please double-check your address and contact details before checkout.

    • Ensure you record the parcel opening video as soon as you receive your order.

    • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there is any issue.
